If you receive an item that has a manufacturing defect or if the wrong product was sent to you, please contact us at zoejewelryca@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number and photos of the issue, and our team will arrange a replacement or refund within 1-5 business days.
